How to manage sponsorship registrations?

Process an Employee’s Registration to Sponsor:

An employee has used the company giving platform to register to sponsor someone.

Now you will need to “Process” that registration to finalise their donation.

  1. “Switch View” - select “Company Admin” from drop down.
  2. Select “My Company” logo on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Select “Sponsorship Registrations” logo.
  4. Select the registration you wish to process. Use the filter tabs to narrow your search.
  5. Click on “Process Registration”.
  6. By clicking “Confirm”, a new regular donation will be set up for the employee.


Cancel an Employee’s Registration to Sponsor:

You can “Cancel” a sponsorship registration from the same page:

  1. “Switch View” - select “Company Admin” from drop down.
  2. Select “My Company” logo on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Select “Sponsorship Registrations” logo.
  4. Select the registration you wish to cancel. Use the filter tabs to narrow your search.
  5. Click on “Cancel Registration”.
  6. By clicking “Confirm”, the employee’s regular donation will be cancelled.


How to Add a Sponsorship on Behalf of an Employee:

  1. “Switch View” - select “Company Admin” from drop down.
  2. Select “My Company” logo on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Select “Sponsorship Registrations” logo.
  4. Click on “Add Sponsorship on Behalf”.
  5. Enter the employee’s email address, the campaign they have chosen, and who they are sponsoring, including how many.
  6. Click “Save”
  7. Click on “Process Registration”.
  8. By clicking “Confirm”, a new regular donation will be set up for the employee.
