How to manage sponsorship registrations?
Process an Employee’s Registration to Sponsor:
An employee has used the company giving platform to register to sponsor someone.
Now you will need to “Process” that registration to finalise their donation.
- “Switch View” - select “Company Admin” from drop down.
- Select “My Company” logo on the left hand side of the screen.
- Select “Sponsorship Registrations” logo.
- Select the registration you wish to process. Use the filter tabs to narrow your search.
- Click on “Process Registration”.
- By clicking “Confirm”, a new regular donation will be set up for the employee.
Cancel an Employee’s Registration to Sponsor:
You can “Cancel” a sponsorship registration from the same page:
- “Switch View” - select “Company Admin” from drop down.
- Select “My Company” logo on the left hand side of the screen.
- Select “Sponsorship Registrations” logo.
- Select the registration you wish to cancel. Use the filter tabs to narrow your search.
- Click on “Cancel Registration”.
- By clicking “Confirm”, the employee’s regular donation will be cancelled.
How to Add a Sponsorship on Behalf of an Employee:
- “Switch View” - select “Company Admin” from drop down.
- Select “My Company” logo on the left hand side of the screen.
- Select “Sponsorship Registrations” logo.
- Click on “Add Sponsorship on Behalf”.
- Enter the employee’s email address, the campaign they have chosen, and who they are sponsoring, including how many.
- Click “Save”
- Click on “Process Registration”.
- By clicking “Confirm”, a new regular donation will be set up for the employee.
