I want to cancel my registration for a Volunteering Opportunity
There are two ways to cancel your registrations you can either cancel from my My Giving on the navigation bar or head to your volunteering marketplace and tick the My Registrations under the search filters.
Cancelling from My Giving
Click on the cross next to he hours on the opportunity you would like to cancel. A window will appear to confirm you would like to cancel your registration.
When you are ready, click Yes to proceed.
You should receive an email confirmation in your inbox to confirm that your cancellation has been received.
Cancelling from My Registrations in your Volunteering Marketplace
In your volunteering marketplace, tick My Registration under the search filters below. Select the opportunity you would like to cancel. This will take you to the opportunity page.
Click on Review your Registrations.
You will be redirected to the Dates & Times for that opportunity. To cancel your registration, click the green tick it will turn to a .
Then scroll to the bottom to click Cancel Registration.
Your registration to the volunteering project has now been cancelled. You will receive an email confirming this cancellation.
