How to Disable/Enable a User Account (Employees)
Only users with Sys-Admin or Super Company Admin access can complete the following action.
Company Admin > Settings > Employees
Manually Disabling a User Account
Search the Employee name by email, name or employee number
Click on Enabled button of the required Employee to disable that user account.
The Status button will change to Disabled, when the account is disabled you should no longer see it when the box is ticked to Active Employees Only.
You can also disable multiple user accounts at the same time via the Bulk Upload action.
