How to use {{campaignInsert}} in my emails

Injectable variable is a create way to tailor your email notifications to each individual employee to a specific campaign (or charity donation) in your workplace giving program.

To do this you will need to include {{campaignInsert}} in the relevant email templates you are using in your program.

The purpose of this is to refine a more bespoke email notification to your employees at the end of the donation user flow.

What is an injectable variable?

These variables when added to an email template will insert a placeholder in the template so that when an email notification is triggered. The data source linked to the injectable variable will have been saved on our database. For example {{firstname}} is the first name of the user who will be sent this email notification. So Dear {{firstname}}, the user will see Dear John,

Using the Email Message field in Edit Preview

When you have found the campaign you would like to tailor the email notification employees receive at the end of the donation user flow on the platform. Click Edit to open the campaign in Edit Preview.

Scroll down to the Email Message field as shown below.

Enter the required content you would like your employee to see in the email notification. You can use the formatting and hyperlink features to refine your message. When you have completed this, scroll to the bottom of the page and Click Save.

A great way to include information and attachments are to save the files in your company share drive and copy and paste the link in a hyperlink.
