How to Add an Email Banner Image

My Company > Email Notifications

  1. Click on Email Notifications, then click on the Actions button located at the top right side of the page.

  2. From the drop down menu select Upload Banner.

  3. A pop up window will appear and click on the Upload an Image button.

  4. Select an image for your local computer or your cloud location and click Open.

  5. Your image will be uploaded to the screen, when this is completed Click Save.

We recommend you wait a few minutes to ensure the image has been uploaded correctly. If you have any issues please refer to the Recommended Image Size.

 

We note the email banner will be used and displayed across all email templates that you have enabled for your program. Users will see this banner when they receive an email notification.
