I want to see if my Stripe account is linked to Catalyser

To check on Catalyser, login and Click Payment information and under the Stripe logo you can see the status of the link to your charity’s account.

You can also check in your charity’s Stripe account, login and click on Account selected in the top left corner. Then click Events under Developer.

If you have reviewed the link status and find you still have issues with your Stripe account linked to Catalyser. We recommend you contact Stripe Support first to see if there are any recent account verifications required. If issues are relating to Catalyser set up, please contact partnerships@catalyser.com.
