I want to see if my PayPal account is linked to Catalyser

To check on Catalyser, login and Click Payment information and under the PayPal logo you can see the status of the link to your charity’s account.

You can also check in your charity’s PayPal account, login and go to Settings and click on Account Access. Then click Update API access.

Under PayPal API, click on the Manage API Permissions

You can view the link to Catalyser in View Granted Permissions

If you successfully completed linking your PayPal account you can see us listed as Catalyser App here below.

If you have reviewed the link status and find you still have issues with your PayPal account linked to Catalyser. We recommend you contact PayPal Support first to see if there are any recent account verifications required, see here for common updates.
