Catalyser supports both payroll and card donations within your company’s workplace giving program. Payroll donations are processed by your payroll team and card donations are handled by the charity directly (except donations made by PayPal Giving Fund ).

Generally, any donations made through the Catalyser are non-refundable. Refer to our Terms and Conditions here.

For Credit/Debit card donations, please contact the charity with your receipt information.

For a Payroll Giving donation, please contact your program manager or payroll administrator.

If you would like to request a refund for a donation made through PayPal Giving Fund (PPGF), please contact the PPGF team at https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us/ppgf. Remember to include:

  • The name of the charity

  • The donation amount and time

  • The reason for your refund request

  • The transaction ID found on the tax receipt you received for the donation.
