Each opportunity has its own registration page that you can manage user registrations and its waitlist.
The name of the opportunity is at the top of the page.

The bottom of the screen is dedicated to managing user registration and waitlist of the volunteering opportunity. Click on the Action button to add registrations on behalf of the employees.
