Why do I see Payment option not available?

Problem

When a campaign is live and visible in the Money Giving marketplace, the marketplace tile says Payment option not available.

Solution

Go to Campaigns, find the campaigns and check you have ticked the credit card option. Tick the box and click Save at the bottom of the page.

If you see the following message below, contact your Accounts Manager.
