I see too many charity options in Refine Search selection field

Company Admin > Settings > Charities

When you activate or enable charities in Settings they will display for all users in filters and charity selection fields across the platform. We recommend that when you no longer have any active campaigns or opportunities with a charity you disable them until you need them again.

 

In Settings, click on the Charities icon.

 

Find your Charity

Use our Search field below and enter the name of the charity you require.

The search results will be displayed below. Head to the Status column the charity will display Enabled (in black). Click on Enabled as shown below.

 

The charity will change over to Disabled (in grey) as shown below.

Continue with this step until you have removed any charities you do not want visible in filters and charity selection fields for all your users.
