You will have a variety of options available to you depending on whether payroll giving, credit/debit card options are available to you, before you make that choice you can see the live campaigns in your workplace giving program through your marketplace or from your homepage.

Regular: This will be an amount you wish to donate on a regular basis, directly through payroll. Your pledged amount will be deducted based on your regular pay cycle (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, half-yearly).
Sponsorship: Your donation may support students participating in an educational program, disadvantaged community, family or children who are going through socioeconomic challenges. The amount is also deducted through payroll.
One-Off: A one-off amount in support of charity that your company has nominated, to be deducted from your next payroll or paid by debt/credit card if available.
Support a Colleague: A donation to support a colleague’s fundraising challenge. The amount you choose can be deducted from your next payroll, made with debt/credit card or PayPal.
Once you have selected a campaign you would like to donate to and have selected an amount you will be directed to the payment options.

Payroll giving is also are great option as deductions are made pre-tax. We recommend you speak to your payroll team for more specific payroll queries. |
When you join your company they may have an easy opt in process during induction and during your first few months they may set up your regular payroll giving for you and you can update or change your pledges yourself at a later date. |
Before we confirm your payment and redirect you to the payment gateway you have selected (for credit and debit card donations), you will then be asked to check your donation and tick if you would like to share your details with the charity.
We also provide you with the ability to remain anonymous if you choose.
Lastly, if you are donating on behalf of your team or the company, you can tick the box This is a company donation.
A company donation is where a donation is made on behalf the company and you require a donation receipt in the name of the company rather than your own name. |
When you click the Complete payment button it will confirm your pledge if you have selected to donate through Payroll or redirect you to the selected payment gateway of your choice. Remember to have your card details ready to complete your donation.
