Homepage

Is the first screen you will see on entering your workplace giving platform.

  • You will see the achievements of your company and its current impact in our tally section. 

  • You can keep track of your impact below. 

  • Homepage Tiles will present you options on how you can contribute.

  • To help you better navigate the platform, we provide you with a navigation bar on the lefthand side of your screen.

  • Depending on your office location, you will see a yearly total and overall total your company has achieved in your local currency.

    My Impact 

  • This is a summary of your individual achievements with in your company.

  • To see further details of your actions, click on “View All” at then end of the bar. To access your impact you can also use the navigation bar on the left.

Homepage Tiles

As you travel down the homepage you will see one or more homepage tiles that gives you a snapshot of activities you can engage in.

You can click directly on a homepage tile, a featured campaign or an opportunity you are interested in, or simply click on “View More” to go to the marketplace for more options.

Below are some examples of homepage tiles as a guide to what you may see in your own platform. 

Not all homepage tiles are visible, this depends on your company. If you would like to see more options please contact your company program administrator with your feedback. 

Navigation bar

On the left side of your screen, you have a set of icons that will give you quick access to all areas of your platform:

  • Home will redirect you to your homepage.

  • Each marketplace will have an icon such as Pro Bono/Skilled volunteering, Volunteering & Give money.

  • My Giving icon, you will be able to see your impact and manage your donations and registrations.

  • FAQs are created by your company to give you more context about the platform. 

For administrator permission levels you may find additional icons here in the navigation bar, for example, My Company and Payroll.

Workplace Giving is a termed that varies from organisation to organisation. It can represent the whole program of an organisation including both money and time giving. Some organisations it represents all monetary styles of giving by some organisations or in some cases refer to the payroll giving only.

Regular (or Payroll Giving) this type of giving is monetary and a regular donation made to a charity. It can only be paid through your payroll 

One-off Giving (or Fundraising Campaign) are appeals organised to support a particular event, cause or disaster

  • This is a once-off unique donation as opposite to regular giving donations, and can be paid through payroll and/or credit card, depending on the payment options presented in the campaign 

Support a Colleague (or Cause) is team or group fundraising aimed to help an individual, team of your colleagues raise funds. It is also designed to be open for you to join and be a part of a team while raising funds or support a highlighted cause!

  • You can make these donations as once-off with credit card or through your payroll

Sponsorship is a type of dedicated regular donation to help support an individual or objective

Pro Bono (Skilled volunteering/Special Projects) is time giving activities set to help charities designed to suit your specialised skill set

  • You can expression of interest through the platform by finding and registering your name against the opportunity

Volunteering (general or unskilled) is to help and support non-profit organisations such as charities through a range of voluntary activities by giving your time.

Event is an occasion that is organised by your company or organisation that will include activities under the volunteering or pro bono modules.

Opportunities refers to the activity organised under the event.

Sessions refers to the dates and times set for your opportunities.

Pledged refers to the amount you or your organisation have made a commitment to donate through your workplace giving program.

Pending refers to the status of your donation or registration. This could be due to reasons that the donation is waiting to be processed, there are issues with the payment gateway. If you have queries in relation to this status please contact your program administrator.

Paid refers to the status of your donation payment. When your donation has this status it has been recorded as paid to the charity or non-profit organisation.
