Problem
You have tried to access the Catalyser platform. Instead of the your giving platform, there is a white screen displaying “Authentication failed”. The error details refer to a SAML exception.
Solution
This means that your authentication token is not valid anymore. You have been logged in for too long. To address this issue, follow one of these two steps:
Logging out of your company account and logging it again
Re-starting your computer
Go back to your Catalyser page and refresh it. If this still does not work, please fill a bug error with a screenshot of the message on your screen.
