Authentication failed

Problem

You have tried to access the Catalyser platform. Instead of the your giving platform, there is a white screen displaying “Authentication failed”.

Solution

This means that you have been logged in for too long. To address this issue, follow one of these two steps:

  1. Log out of your company account and log in again

  2. Restart your computer

Go back to the platform and refresh it. If this still does not work, please contact us at support@catalyser.com.
