Matching rules are your company's rules for matching employee donations.
For example, an organisation may say that they will match every $1 donated by an employee.

From this page you can customise the matching rules to suit your company’s social impact. Here you can see all the Matching Rules of your organisation.
Adding new matching rules
Click on the Add Matching Rule button.
A pop up window will appear for you to set up your rule:
Matching
Select the type of donation your company has opted to match
Tick for All Employees or select an employee group to the apply the rule (Full-time, Part-time, Service Providers)
Amount
Select the percentage of each donation your organisation would like to match, for example 50% per donation. Use the arrows to change the percentage.
Upper limit per employee
The upper limit of the matching donation amount set per employee for the organisation, for example enter $200.00 for an upper limit per each employee.
To set an upper limit per employee, tick the box to place a matching limit per employee and enter the upper required amount in the designated box. If there is no limit, do not tick the box.
Company upper limit
If your organisation, has a company wide limit, tick the box and enter the amount in the box provided. For example, if the company has a limit of $100,000, enter it in the visible box.
Time constraints
Select the time constraints of the matching limits
Simply click on the box and a drop down menu will appear, select from the options available
Once selected click Save.
Managing and editing matching rules
To edit and manage matching rules click on the relevant button.
To delete a matching rule simply click Delete.
Custom matching statement
Click on the Custom Matching Statement button as seen above. A pop-up window will appear.
Enter your statement that your organisation would like to publish to your employees on active campaigns.
Once completed click Save.
