Incorporating regular giving into your program its a great start to developing a long term partnership with your charity partners. It allows your employees to pledge and donate regularly through their company’s payroll to your chosen charity partners. Payroll donations are pre-tax deductions from your employee’s salary.

Key Features of Regular Giving

The layout of the campaign page is designed to deliver a beautiful and engaging story to your employees to understand the goals and objectives of their chosen charity.

We provide visual and engaging metrics during the life of the campaign.

It is easy for your employees to opt-in (pledge), edit and manage their regular donations. Starting from your Give Money Marketplace and in their My Giving.

Donations will be aligned to pay cycles set up during implementation and becomes a set and forget feature. We provide flexible pay cycle options for weekly, fortnightly, monthly, bi-monthly or half-yearly.

During implementation we would have highlighted your ability (through User Provisioning) to set up your employee profiles which includes their employee type and pay cycles. If this was successfully mapped during initial set up then every regular giving pledge made by an employee will then be automatically allocated to the pay cycle ready for processing.

All payroll giving data can be accessed by your nominated Payroll team via our Payroll Admin function.

To start a regular giving campaign you either begin by Creating a campaign without a template  or Creating a campaign from a charity template the campaign type to select is listed as regular giving in the drop down menu. Once you have completed the basic information you will be redirected to the Edit Preview Mode to upload campaign images and finalise the campaign before publishing.
