This injectable variable (IV) is a create way to tailor your email templates so that users will receive a more bespoke email notification when they completed a donation or activity on your program.
Instructions
To create the copy for the email
Find the campaign you would like to tailor the email notification for Company > Campaigns > Edit
The Edit Preview Mode will appear for the campaign required
Scroll down to the Email Message field as shown below
Enter the details you would like to include in the email notification and Click Save at the bottom of the page.
A great way to include information and attachments are to save the files in your company share drive and copy and paste the link in a hyperlink.
Remember to include the {{campaignInsert}} injectable variable in the email template you require!
