When you are on the “Employees” screen in “My company”, click on the “export” button on the top right of the screen As an administrator you can export all of your companies employee details when required.

To do this you will need to switch view from "Employee" view to "Company Admin" view.

  • Start on the "Employee" view homepage 
  • At the top of the screen click "Switch View" and select from the drop down "Company Admin" 
  • Once your on the "Administration dashboard" stay on "My Company" in the navigation tab. This page is shown below.

  • Select "Employees". You will be redirected to the page below. The "Employees" page shows information on the employees currently on the platform

  •  To export all these details click on "Export" at the top right hand side of the page

  • An Excel spread sheet will be created with all these details
