As an administrator you can export all of your companies employee details when required.
To do this you will need to switch view from "Employee" view to "Company Admin" view.
- Start on the "Employee" view homepage
- At the top of the screen click "Switch View" and select from the drop down "Company Admin"
- Once your on the "Administration dashboard" stay on "My Company" in the navigation tab. This page is shown below.
- Select "Employees". You will be redirected to the page below. The "Employees" page shows information on the employees currently on the platform
- To export all these details click on "Export" at the top right hand side of the page
- An Excel spread sheet will be created with all these details
