After clicking on Employee Contributions, you will see a list of employee names on your screen. Go to the search field to enter the employee name you are looking for and then click on the Manage Contributions button.

Check the name and details of the your employee you would like to donate on behalf of at the top of the page.
Ensure the Money Giving tab is selected.
Then, go to the Action button and click on it.
Select Add Donation on Behalf
