I want to register an Expression of Interest to a Skilled Opportunity
From the marketplace or by clicking on the visible opportunity in the Homepage Tile you will be directly taken to the Opportunity Details as shown below.
The highlights will be visible at the top, followed by the Description and Requirements & Commitments.
The Registration section on the page will display who has been accepted to participate in this opportunity.
Lastly, the box on the right will provide you with information of Dates and Availability.
To register your expression of interest (EOI)
Click on the I want to help button, you will be directed to Dates & Times page to confirm your EOI.
You should see the session date and time highlighted as shown above. Click Confirm your EOI button.
You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your EOI.
How can I cancel my expression of interest?
If you have registered to an opportunity and can longer make the commitments specified. You can cancel your EOI by clicking on the "My Giving" icon in the navigation bar to your left.
Find the 'Pro Bono/skilled volunteering' heading at the bottom and a drop down menu will appear with the list of EOIs you have registered for, click on the “x” on the right of your registration detail.
You will receive an email to confirm your cancellation. If your EOI has already been accepted by your administrator, you cannot cancel it on 'My Giving' marketplace. You will need to message the person of contact for the opportunity directly.
After you have registered your EOI
Depending on the opportunity requirements, your program administrator will be in touch in regards to the review and acceptance of your EOI.
When your EOI has been considered and you have successfully met the criteria and requirements your program administrator will process your EOI on the platform and you will receive an email confirming this status. Where applicable a calendar invite will also be sent to your inbox.

After you have completed and fulfilled the skilled opportunity
We understand that circumstances change during your engagement with a charity or non-profit organisation and we have provided you with the opportunity to edit and amend your hours from your My Giving portal. Simply locate your skilled opportunity and click on the edit icon below to update your hours.
