Create Team Names and Manage Team members for Support a Colleague (Cause) campaigns

Remember to check your Teams Setting in Edit Preview first. If you have not done so, you will not be able to complete the steps below.

Company Admin > Campaigns

Below is a list of SAC campaigns that have been created. Use the Search field and filters to locate your SAC campaign. Click on Manage Teams to create, edit and manage teams.


Start with creating and naming your team

To create a team click Add Team.

 

 

A window will appear,

Enter the Team Name and click Save.

Repeat the above until you have completed creating all the Team names you require.

 

Display in Leaderboard

 


Next, add Team Members to a team in the list below.

Click the Team members button.

Then to Add Team Member start entering the email address of the individual and a drop down menu you will give you a short list. Select and click Add Team Member button.

The name should appear in a list below.

When you have finished click Save.

The team member will be displayed on the Leaderboard under the Team name and it will have a separate individual fundraising total.

 


To Add A Team Leader

Once you have added all the team members you can assign a member of that team as Team Leader. Simply click and select the team member you would like in the field below.

Team Leader for Support a Colleague have the ability to add and manage the team members for that team. Will receive email notifications whenever they receive a donation for their fundraising team. 

You can only have one leader per team and only Teams with Team Members can use the Team Leader feature.. If the template is enabled. The team leader can receive email notifications when a donation has been made to their team. See Email templates.


To edit a Team Name

  • To edit a team name click on the pen icon next to the team name 

  • Edit the name and then Click Save.


Deleting a Team  

Click on the Delete button on the right of the screen as seen in the image above.



Display Teams and Team Members

 

To Create Teams with Team Members

  • Use the Add Teams to create the Team Names

  • Then use Add Team Members.

  • No privacy settings activated

 


Display Single Team and Multiple Team Members


To Create Single Team with Multiple Team Members

  • Team Settings in Edit Preview set maximum number of team to 1

  • Then create team name for the one team.

  • Then add team members


Display Teams only (no Team members)

 

To Create Teams only with no Team members

  • Use the Add Teams to create the Team Names

  • Repeat until you have all the Team names you require


Display Individual Names only (Option 1)

To Create Individuals Only (Option 1)

  • Use the Add Teams and enter the name of the individual. eg James Brown.

  • No privacy settings activated

 

 

 

 

 

 

Display Individual Names only (Option 2)


To Create Individuals Only (Option 2)

  • Complete Option 1

  • Then head to Add Team Members to select the user name or email address.
