How to Export Employees’ Donations (in Transactions)

Here’s how you can do that:

  1. “Switch View” - select “Company Admin” from drop down.
  2. Select “My Company” logo on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Select “Transactions” logo.
  4. Select “Donations”.
  5. Create and customise your own detailed review of employees’ donations by using a range of filters including:
  • Date range (being aware that the end date is not included in the review).
  • Campaign type.
  • Business.
  • Office location.
  • Employee Type (Full time, Partners, Service Provider, Staff).

You can also search by individual User email, or by Charity.

  1. If there is a data search you commonly use, you can save the filter for future use.
  2. Click “Export”.
