Setting up the rewards program
Setup content to educate employees about your rewards program
There are multiple locations on the platform where an employee can learn more about your rewards program. A “How it works” popup modal will be prompted from the following locations
On first login after reward module activation
Clicking on the reward points balance on the homepage
Click on how it works in the volunteering marketplace tile
Clicking on my reward points heading in the my giving dashboard
Configure the “how it works” rewards program pop-up.
1. Select the rewards module from the company admin view. The Rewards program dashboard will display
2. Click the actions button and choose “Manage Reward Program Info”
3. Set a reward program name and proceed to complete required fields to populate the how it works modal
