How to Add/Manage your Payroll Codes for payroll giving

To complete this action you must have Super Company administrator access.

Company Admin > Settings > Charities

For our payroll giving clients, our payroll admin function has the ability to customise the format of your export file to suit the needs of your particular payroll system.

Our current list is displayed in Company Settings as shown below.

During implementation we would have discussed and activated the option you require. If you do not see your payroll system in the above list we recommend you contact your Account manager.

To best support the customised format, for Preceda, Successfactors and Sage MicroPay, we recommend you set up the Payroll codes required for your company.

 

To do this head to Charities then click More.

Then as displayed below, enter your payroll required for that charity and click Save.

 

By completing this action, the custom format will display this payroll code as required by that payroll system.

 

 

 

 

 

 

From time to time, you may have additional charities in your workplace giving program. Just remember to add the payroll code during your activation process.

To find the right payroll code for your company, please speak with your Payroll Team member. They might have specific details required for payroll donation processing.
