I am a Company Administrator

We are here to assist you in navigating and understanding this platform to help you build and manage the best workplace giving program experience for your company.  

As an employee you have access to engage in donation and volunteering activities similar to your colleagues, however as a Company Administrator you access to the management tools on the platform.

In the header bar, click on Switch view and select Company Admin to switch and gain access to these management tools.

To return back to your employee profile select Home under Switch view or click the My Company icon in the navigation baron the left side of your screen.


Your Company Admin Dashboard has three (3) sections.

Insights & Actions

Dashboard is a high level snapshot of your activities.

Reports provide you with exportable data from your workplace giving program in monthly perspective to charity engagement and causes focused on.

Transactions is a comprehensive line transaction reporting shown on screen or exportable for your company reporting needs.

Employee Contributions allows you to assist employees with all individualdonation and time giving activities.

Company Contributions separate to individual your company level activities from company donations to group activities.

Giving Module

To build your money giving campaigns click on the Campaign icon.

To build your volunteering events and opportunities click on the Volunteering icon.

To build your Pro Bono events and opportunities click on the Pro Bono icon.

To manage your Sponsors click on the Sponsorship icon. To build a Sponsorship activity, go to Campaigns.

To manage your registrations for Social Cause or Final Hour, click on the relevant icon. To build the relevant activity, go to Campaigns.

Custom content

Customisable features are available for you to tailor and create a dedicated Home Page for your company (also known as the landing page for your workplace giving program), email templates to target communications for activities on the platform and the inclusion of FAQs to ensure you have answers to frequently asked questions in relation to your program. To even make it easier for you we offer you the option to customise the module names to help you and your team better manage your program.

From your Home Dashboard, you will be able to see only the modules and reporting features your company has signed up for. For further information on specific Giving Modules, contact your Accounts Manager.

There are two levels of Company Admins. The first level will provide you with limited data access and reporting features. The next level is called Super Administrators and are given access to all reporting functionality in your program.
