You can view your tax receipt on the platform or through the link in the email sent to your inbox after making a donation.

Your company may offer credit/debit card payment options for their fundraising campaigns and appeals. The Money Giving tab will allow you to view past credit card donations and to access tax receipts. Tax receipts are only available for credit/debit card donations.

To access your tax receipts on the platform, you can click on the My Giving icon in the navigation bar to your left or simply click on View all in the My Impact bar on your homepage.

Past Credit Card Donations

To view your past donations made through credit or debit card. Click the arrow and a drop down menu will appear with a list of recent donations. You will see up to the last 30 transactions, if you require more historical transaction contact your Program Administrator.

To view or download your tax receipts click on the icon next to the donation amount.

For donations made through PayPal Giving Fund (PPGF), a donation receipt will be sent to your inbox. PPGF will be the receiving charity of record for any donation made through its programs.
