You have tried to access the Catalyser platform. Instead of the your giving platform, there is a white screen displaying “Authentication failed”. The error details refer to a SAML exception. |
Solution
This means that your authentication token is not valid anymore. You you have been logged in for too long. To address this issue, follow one of these two steps:
Logging Log out of your company account and logging it log in again
Re-starting Restart your computer
Go back to your Catalyser page the platform and refresh it. If this still does not work, please fill a bug error with a screenshot of the message on your screencontact us at hello@catalyser.com.
