Donations are generally non-refundable. If you would like to request a refund for a donation made through PayPal Giving Fund, please contact the PPGF team at https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us/ppgf.
For donations made through other forms such as Payroll Giving or PayPal, refer to their article regarding refunds here.
For Credit/Debit card , Catalyser is not responsible for processing the donations and hence, does not handle any refund requests. We recommend that you talk to your program manager if you have any further questions about refunds, please contact your bank directly to get more information.
For a Payroll Giving donation, please contact your program manager or payroll administrator.
