A window will appear and if you have any seed donations in your campaigns, you will see it listed below.

Click on the Actions button, then select Add seed donation in the drop down option. A pop up window will appear as shown below.
Click and select a campaign. Then the Amount field will appear, enter the seed donation you would like to appear in the campaign and click Save.

To Edit or Remove the Seed Donation click on the button displayed on the right side of the screen of each campaign.

If you would like to export the details into a file, Click Actions and select Export.
